The client faced challenges in managing data loss risk and improving of operational efficiencies around outsourcing, contracting, audit and legal/compliance. One key objective was to understand the risks that the organization faced in potential data exposure points and implement an integrated data loss prevention solution that would automate manual controls for compliance,contractual,internal audit, and log management.

Improved control at the perceived areas of greatest exposure. Four network egress points (two in two redundant locations) are being monitored for browsing of the Internet and e-mail connectivity. All core business functions and data points are being monitored for the identification, classification and control of sensitive data including PII.
